Terms of use

These terms are between Digital Cotton, operating as tokens to agents ("we", "us"), and you. "The service" means the job index at tokenstoagents.ai/jobs: the listings, the Desk, the Profile Record, and the drafting tools. Using it means you accept these terms.

We surface job postings a machine reads from public sources, and we help you track applications and draft a resume and cover letter for them. We are not an employer, a recruiter, or an agent. We do not place you in a job, do not pass your profile to employers on your behalf in this release, and do not promise a job, a reply, or an interview.

A posting on this site is what the machine saw when it last swept: it can be out of date, changed, or already closed, and the pay and details are the employer's, not ours. Verify a posting with the employer before you rely on it. Applying, and deciding whether a role is real and right for you, is your call.

Keep your account details accurate and your access to your own inbox secure, since sign-in and recovery run through your email. An account is for one person. You are responsible for what is done through your account.

The Profile Record, resumes, and cover letters you add stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to store and process them to run the service for you, and nothing more: we do not publish them to others in this release, sell them, or train models on them. Remove any of it, or delete the account, and the permission ends with it.

Drafting uses your own AI provider key. If you connect one, you are responsible for its cost and for following that provider's terms. We use the key only to draft for you, encrypted at rest, and you can remove it at any time. We are not responsible for a provider's own pricing, availability, or output.

Do not scrape or bulk-download the listings, hit the site with automated traffic, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing dataset. Do not try to reach another person's account or data. Do not use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, or to submit content you have no right to. We can suspend an account that does.

The service is in beta. Features can change, pause, or be turned off, and some run behind switches we can flip. We try not to lose your data when that happens, and your export and delete controls work regardless, but we do not promise any particular feature will stay exactly as it is.

The service is free to use today, aside from what you spend on your own provider key. If we ever charge for a feature, we will say so before you pay, and a trial will expire rather than quietly become a charge. That promise is stated in the covenant.

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for a job you did or did not get. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, which in beta is zero. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts in Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EEA, nothing here removes the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim in your local courts.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your settings. We can suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. Deleting your account removes your data, as the privacy policy describes.
